Nurturing Connections
At N3TC, Touching Lives is about balance — between national goals for economic transformation, the needs of local communities, and the expectations of our investors. We believe that true progress happens through collaboration: when government, business, and civil society work hand-in-hand.
This shared effort strengthens long-term economic growth, social security, and stability — while ensuring that the benefits of the N3 Toll Route extend well beyond the road itself.

Driving Economic Growth & Opportunity
N3TC is committed to boosting economic growth through the development of road infrastructure, creating new business and job opportunities, transferring skills, improving mobility, stimulating traffic growth, and supporting the associated transport economy, thus helping to reduce poverty in communities connected to the N3 Toll Route.
Through its various business interventions encompassing construction, toll operations, design and rehabilitation, routine maintenance, incident management, and its corporate social investment programme, Touching Lives, N3TC contributes to generating more than six jobs per kilometre along the Route, and supports several women-and youth-owned small business enterprises.
Local public liaison committees are a conduit through which qualifying SMMEs from surrounding communities obtain opportunities to participate in N3TC projects.
Empowering People First
At the heart of Touching Lives are the people who make change possible.
N3TC’s commitment to corporate social investment goes beyond contractual obligations. It’s about creating a legacy of lasting value that continues to uplift communities long after the concession
