After careful evaluation, N3TC has made the decision to cancel 7 of the 10 tenders for Routine Road Maintenance under Contract No. N3TC/RM-2026-600.

 

In accordance with Tender Clause F.1.5 [Cancellation and Re-invitation of Tenders], the tenders received for the following tenders were considered unacceptable by the Employer due to the uneconomically high tender prices received:

 

Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-601 (Package 1);

• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-604 (Package 4);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-606 (Package 6);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-607 (Package 7);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-608 (Package 8);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-609 (Package 9);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-610 (Package 10).

 

In accordance with Tender Clause F.1.5.3, N3TC intends to re-issue new tenders once the six-month waiting period has expired.

 

The procedure will be as follows for the re-issuing of the tenders:

• N3TC will invite Eligible Tenderers to submit Pre-Qualification Applications for the re-issued tenders.
• Successful Pre-Qualification Applicants will then be invited to submit a tender for the relevant re-issued tenders.
• The N3TC invitation to submit Pre-Qualification Applications to tender for the re-issued tenders will be available in April 2026, the details of which will be circulated at the time.

 

N3TC intends to proceed with the award for the following tenders:

• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-602 (Package 2);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-603 (Package 3);
• Contract No.: N3TC/RM-2026-605 (Package 5).
