SANRAL has advised road users to plan ahead for a full closure of the N3 highway between Cedara Interchange and Armitage Road Interchange (Midlands Mall) for luminance testing of the lighting from 20H00 on Saturday, 14 March to 04H30 on Sunday, 15 March 2026.

Be Prepared
Road users should expect congestion and delays during this period. Allow extra travel time, or delay trips if possible.
