N3TC strives to provide a fast, effective and friendly service to all road users. Under normal traffic conditions you should not experience any substantial delay in your travel through any of our facilities. However, should you not be satisfied with the level of service received at any of our facilities or you have any questions regarding our operations on the route, we have made available a customer care line number, 0800 203 950 to effectively deal with any concerns you might have.
Receipts are provided on request only and the collection of toll revenue is controlled and audited using specialised electronic validation and classification equipment capable of detecting number of vehicle axles and whether the vehicle is a light or heavy vehicle.
The Operation of the Toll Facilities not only includes the collection of toll but also includes the maintenance of electrical and mechanical works such as lighting, lane signals, standby generators, air conditioning and fresh air supply, uninterrupted power supply, plaza surveillance and security systems, toll collection systems hardware and computer systems, electronic communications between the various toll plazas and general day to day maintenance of the plaza building and lane area. N3TC has secured the services of a team of approved specialist sub-contractors to ensure the safety of road users and that of our personnel as well as the optimum performance of our facilities and equipment at all times.
